Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale-Blue Moon Brewing Company
Blue Moon's Pumpkin Ale did not meet our expectations, coming from one who enjoys a good Blue Moon, this beer was quit disappointing. It was more flavorless than anything. It lacks all the qualities of a pumpkin ale, namely its ginger/nutmeg spice, its thickness, and malty-ness. This ale was had no pumpkin taste, it was thin and not malty.
Upon pouring into a glass, it was an amber-caramel color, with minimal head, and a nice amount of carbonation.
Would NOT buy.
Rated 3 out of 10.

Summer Brew-Saranac
As funny as it may sound, the Six Packers do NOT consider the Saranac Summer Brew to be a beer, its more of a soda. It is said to be Lemonade and beer, but we think its more of a lemonade and ginger ale. This beverage is certainly refreshing, excellent for summer, but not as a alcoholic beverage. Drink for the kids. Perhaps?
When poured into a glass, this brew is a transparent gold, much like apple juice/cider.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for a summer brew, this "beer" would get a 2.
But, on a scale of 1 to 10 for a sweet beverage, this drink would get a strong 6.

The Love-Star Hill
The Love by Star Hill is a sweet, soothing, wheat beer, with a definitive citrus taste. When poured into a glass it clearly has a hazy honey color, with a nice amount of head, but not a significant amount of carbonation (which for this beer works particularly well).
This beer is very refreshing and light, it would go great on a nice summer day at the beach.
Star Hill does not put much information about the beer on their bottles, which is quite annoying, but on a scale of 1 to 10 for wheat beers, this beer would be a 7.
Would buy again.

Juggernaut Red Ale-Pyramid Breweries
Upon pouring the Juggernaut into a glass it has a slight amber color, with a fair amount of head. There is a decent amount of carbonation, sort of tickles the tongue. There is an aggressive flavor that encompasses your entire mouth. It tends to have a lingering, slightly bitter, aftertaste.
This red ale would go great with fish or light meats.
On a scale of 1 to 10, this ale would be a 7.
Would buy again.
